The room was extremely spacious, offered useful things, such as utensils and a stove. The setting of hotel was great, to a subway station. For dinner, we went to Burian, it was minutes away from the venue.

The spacious room featured a well-designed layout, providing both a separate toilet and a shower room. A bathtub, convenient for families. The check-in process was straightforward, especially with pre-encoded information, great for a smooth arrival. Some instructions for using appliances were lacking in clarity, challenging at times. While the kitchen was equipped with fresh products for meal prep, the lack of dining options on-site limited convenience for quick meals.

good size fridge/freezer, washer, convenient location
It needs clearer labeling because it's not a hotel but apartments!!! The noise from the main road is bothersome, and the bed is too small for couples!!! More washcloths would be appreciated too!!!

We really enjoyed our spacious suite, which was perfect for our family with two queen beds and a kitchenette for easy meals. The jacuzzi was a nice touch for relaxation after exploring the city. We loved lounging in the cozy common area. Just a heads up, a little more seating in the room would’ve been great, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

great location but limited dining options
The spacious room felt more like a small apartment, perfect for our family. It was only a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori, great to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere easily. The staff were helpful, especially with our luggage that had broken during the trip. We also enjoyed a wonderful city view from our room.
The dining options were quite limited within the hotel.
